En los últimos días de una ciudad, Rosa y Samuel van perdidos por ahí, sin hogar, cuando Nidia, la líder de un grupo de invisibles, los acoge en un descampado de ruinas con vista al mar. Buscando plástico entre los desperdicios, Samuel encuentra un feto. Rosa lo adopta, pero Marcos llega con sus ratas, predicando sobre el final de los tiempos, y el grupo quema todo en el fuego de sus miedos y supersticiones.
